These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.

If you are a consumer and mandatory local laws in your country provide you with rights in addition to or different from the above, those rights remain unaffected.

We may add, change, or remove features, or suspend or stop the Service, at any time. We aim to provide notice of material changes when feasible.
