An invoice is a payment request for completed work. An estimate (or quote) is a price proposal for work not yet started. Both use the same format, just with different labels. Choose the type that matches your situation.
How do I send the invoice to my client?
Click "Download PDF" to save the invoice as a PDF file, then attach it to an email. You can also click "Print" to print a physical copy or save as PDF using your browser's print dialog (select "Save as PDF" as the destination).
Can I add my logo to the invoice?
The current version doesn't support logo upload to keep it simple and fast. However, after downloading the PDF, you can add your logo using PDF editing software like Adobe Acrobat or free tools like PDFescape.
Which currencies are supported?
We support USD, NGN, EUR, GBP, and KES with automatic currency symbols. The invoice displays amounts in your selected currency with proper formatting.
Is my data secure?
Your invoice data never leaves your browser. Everything is processed locally on your device. When you save a draft, it's stored in your browser's local storage, not on our servers. We don't collect or store any of your invoice information.
Can I track payment status?
This tool creates standalone invoice documents. For payment tracking, invoicing history, and client management, consider full invoicing software like QuickBooks, FreshBooks, or Wave. This tool is perfect for quick, one-off invoices.
